Emote skull Family: Heinrich (Father, merfolk), Ilse (Mother, Rusalka) and Philippe (little brother, merfolk). She has two step-brothers (both older and merfolk), Viktor and Niklas and lives with their mother and father's new wife Marianne, a mermaid.

Emote skull Education: Mid highschool

Emote skull Hobbies: Playing various instruments such as the piano, the flute, the guitar, the harp, the lyra and the bass. Reading is a mayor hobby as she used to have her own personal library back at her home, with over 500 books. Corinna also enjoys drawing and riding various creatures, although she is a major book worm and will put her study and reading over all other hobbies. She also loves scarying children and, of course, swimming and dragging others into the water. Corinna also loves sewing.

Emote skull Habits: When being in mermaid form she tends to move her longer fins in an attempt to look bigger, often scaring smaller kids. She also has a strong studying habit and will often be found sleeping on a classbook, as she has the habit of not sleeping so she can study. The hybrid has the bad habits of speaking her mind too often and picking fights whenever someone doesn't fit in her thinking. She also loves doing research, specially on other people, and whenever she's scared or nervous her ear-like fins will start buzzing and vibrating rapidly.

Emote skull Likes: Any water body as she loves swimming, humid enviorments, pets, feathered creatures, riding, running around barefoot, playing pranks on others, scaring children away, knowing more than other people, be able to get good grades, being alone.

Emote skull Dislikes: Being outsmarted, too strict schools/people, having to use shoes, dry enviorments, prissy people, bad grades, annoying classmates, having to share dorms, fire (she's deadly afraid of it) and any creature related to it.

Emote skull Personality: Corinna will always be seen with a smile across her lips, kindly acting towards others and helping them out during classes. Even so, when she gets mad it is better for others to stay away from her as she will explode and become extremely mean and most likely inflict physical or psychological damage to others at the first chance she has. She also tends to stay in her dorm afterwards, her door locked. No one truly knows what goes in her mind as she will say everything with a grin, often contradicting her own words.

Emote skull History: The moment Corinna opened her eyes she was greeted by the quiet, green hillside of the Rein river's bank. Her father was nowhere to be seen and her mother was the only family member she knew until she was sixty years old (around six in human years). Although resembling her mother and her species she had two big distinction factors; her auburn hair and her ear-like fins, traits no Rusalkas had, as most had light hair and looked just like a human. During her first years, Corinna's mother, Ilse, taught her how to sew, hobby which she would keep, and inculcated the love for books and knowledge in her daughter. At first, her community lived peacefully alongside the humans, but as soon as the church took over everyone's lives, the Rusalkas were blamed for the adultery the human males (mostly) were committing, a sin, according to the church, and they got blamed for enchanting the men to lure them into the ways of the devil. With this, the humans made a pact with the element that was the contrary of the Rusalkas; fire. Humans and dragons allied, these last ones moved by the treasure the village nearby had and that had been promised to have, and the hunt broke free: The rusalkas were exterminated, and any seen would be immediately killed, wishing to rid the human community of sin. With fear, Ilse decided the only way for her daughter to remain alive was to go with her father, Heinrich, who hadn't seen Corinna ever in his life. With fear, mother and daughter attempted to flee the place... But it wouldn't take long until the hunters found them. With their fire, the dragons got rid of anything that stood on their path and, sadly, Ilse and Corinna were part of the obstacle. Ilse was almost entirely burnt, and Corinna had lost her right eye and had been scarred with a burn mark for the rest of her life. With the last of her strength, her mother sent her off to her father's, giving her indications on how to find the house, and instructing her not to look back as she used what was left of her life to distract the hunters.
After months of travel, Corinna reached the beach. Her face was covered in bandages where the burn was now healing, and, as an instinct calling her home, she jumped into the ocean, her legs turning into a tail. Although surprised, she had known for a while she was a hybrid, and even though she had problem swimming at first, after some tries it proved to be easier than it seemed. When she arrived at her father's, Marianne, his new wife opened the door. There was no doubt she was his daughter: they shared the same hair color and both were half lion fish, but nonetheless it scared the woman to which she screamed and called her husband. Heinrich, too, was shocked: although he did remember Ilse, he never though that one night stand would result in a daughter. Shocked, he let her in, demanding to explain what was happening. After telling the events that led her to his home, Heinrich was both scared and moved. In a way, he and Marianne had two children from her previous marriage, but finally he had one of his own, of his own flesh and bone, and she did look the part, to be fair. He decided to raise her in the ways of the merfolk, as the only difference between them and her was she had no gills or membranes between her fingers; nothing major, and so she started learning. Even though her father was very strict with her studies, he could also be a kind man, and soon enough Corinna felt at home with her dad and step-mother, who was ecstatic to have, finally, another woman in the family after she got used to Corinna. Things were going really well and, with time, Corinna got closer to her older step brothers to the point she was pretty much a tomboy, despite Marianne's protests on how she should try to be more lady-like. When Corinna was around 79, which would be around eight in human years, Heinrich and Marianne had their son, Philippe. Quickly, Corinna and Philippe got very attached, and she would protect him from anything, poison spikes and all, and would spend as much time as she could with him. With time, her magic grew strong enough for her to replace her lost eye with a non working water one so she wouldn't feel as ashamed.

After crossing middle school and the first year of high school, Corinna got tired of living in the same city. Thanks to some friends, she had heard of Monstrum Academy and what a great place it was to not only study, but also meet new people. With this in mind, she begged her parents to let her go, saying that she wanted to see the world. Of course, and, at first, Heinrich was enraged: he wouldn't let his baby girl go out, alone, to some place he didn't know and be surrounded in people who could make it unsafe. Marianne, however, understood her step-daughter's wishes, finally managing to convince her grumpy old husband to let their children go there. Of course, Corinna was the first one to celebrate: her brothers weren't as happy, so it was concluded she would go first, check out the place, and come back with news on if it was good enough for them all or not. Niklas, the oldest, declined the idea, saying how he already had a job in their town and had no intentions to leave, but would visit them from time to time to check on his younger siblings. After the preparations, Corinna said her goodbyes and left to go to the academy. Since she started living with her father, she hadn't used her legs and this proved to be a problem when she got on land again, specially when she finally got into Monstrum, being dropped there by some merchants who happened to be traveling in said direction.

At first, her walking was clumsy and she constantly stumbled and tripped over her own feet, letting out growls as she heard other students laugh about it, but with enough practice she became used to it and like any other student, walking became a subconcious thing. Even then, she never liked shoes as she felt they constricted her feet, burning every pair she got in an excuse to not have to use them and being seen around campus barefooted.

Emote skull Tattoos? Y: A small snake on her left wrist.

Emote skull Other:
-Used to have a snake familiar, which was killed on accident by her little brother. Since then she hasn't had the heart to get another one.
-She can control water on a basic level and can change from her humanoid to her merfolk body at will, alongside having a third skeletal form thanks to being a hybrid.
-Getting her angry will also cause her fin like ears to ruffle up and ocassionally send venomous spines flying everywhere.
-In her two legged form she always uses a pearl and algae hairclip to keep her hair out of her face.
-She is demisexual, meaning she needs a deep and strong bond before dating and/or banging someone.
-Her design is based in that of a lion fish.
-She has a horrible fear of fire and dragons. Whenever she sees one or remembers one, she will start crying.
-Despite looking like a human's, her skin is entirely covered in very, very small scales, which reflect light and glowing things.
